Hi, I'm Poojith Prakash, ma friends call me Poojith. If I were to describe myself in two words it would be: "Photographer" and "Wildlife Lover". If've been around me for more than a minute, you'll know that I love spending time with people whether it be watching football, playing cricket or just having a simple talk about nothing in particular just as much as I love playing some video games or blogging.

My Camera and I...

I would tell you a story about how I got my first camera, I was on my 12th birthday when this miracle happened...my dad handed me a box with a camera in it and all he said to me was "I am giving u your life for the second time....putting it in milk or water is left to you!" but then I didn't really know what he meant, but later I found out that he meant milk as the "best" and water as "okay" I started it without knowing what is a right way to hold it. MY dad's word's were still echoing in my ears "I have given u a tool with which u can show your feelings without speaking a 'WORD'".From that day I have never stopped thinking camera is my life partner.Which means she is all for me ..as voda fone says whereever you go it follows me.My first click was this " Aebbe Falls " ......
Every time i click I fell I am clicking an entire life within my frame !
Hope I do this till the end of my life ....



I once read a book that said to be good at photography, you must be both an artist and engineer(engineerdoes not mean a BE). You have to understand light and color, shadows and highlights, subject matter and what you're trying to say. The creativity and the science of photography is what facinates me and makes me want to learn or try something new and inventive everyday. I don't ever want to be classified as just a editoral photographer or a portraits photographer or a wedding photographer. Photography is an art which I love and excel at. With that in mind, I also don't want say I am the best at everything which is why I have the opportunity to work with other talented people, and together we make up JP Lumansoc Photography, a company that is here to create images and products for you whether you're a business, family, or a bride who wants to remember your special day in the best way possible.
